The five ideas
- A family is the people you love. It has one family tree.
- The tree knows who everyone is — and works out who they are to you: Mom, Grandpa, your cousin's daughter.
- Albums are about someone: a Family Album for you, your kid or your mom; a Love Story for a couple; a Pet Album. Each hangs on that person's card.
- Chapters are what's inside an album: a group of memories that belong together — a trip, a first birthday, Grandpa's stories.
- Everything is private. Only people you invite see an album; you share chapters with the family one at a time.
Your first ten minutes
- Start a Family Album — for yourself, or someone in your family (+ New album). You're put on the tree as you go.
- Open Studio → Family and tap your card to add your parents, brothers and sisters, partner and kids.
- Add a chapter with a few photos.
- Invite someone from their card on the tree.
